AT THE AIRPORT AND EXCITING FIRST DAY
After a long day from airport to airport, it's time to start classes. First on the menu it's the level test at Greenwich University, followed by some down time to talk about classes and the host family.
SIGHTSEEING IN LONDON
A day trip to London wouldn't be complete without paying our respects to the Houses of Parliament, including the Clock Tower with Big Ben in it behind some scaffolding until 2021. The students are posing for a pic in front of Westminster Abbey. A leisurely stroll through Saint James' Park takes us to the Guard Change at Buckingham Palace. Lunch takes place at Kensington Gardens where we have a rest until it's time to visit the National Gallery. There, they enjoy some fine art that they recognise from their studies. Covent Garden is our final destination of the day.
OLYMPIC PARK AND SOME SHOPPING TIME
Fresh in the morning, we visit Olympic Park and West Ham Stadium. The huge shopping centre at Westfield is a good place to have fun before afternoon classes.
Next stop: the British Museum!
