Summer: fun in Waterford

Saludos, familia LCT. Desde Waterford ha habido muchas novedades. ¿Podremos compartirlas todas hoy? Empezamos por un viaje a Kilkenny.

KILKENNYand ESCAPE ROOM

Kilkenny is a medieval town 45 minutes away by car. It offers a wide variety of entertainment that includes a castle and winding streets in which to get lost. Legends of witchcraft envelop this quaint town such as the ghost of a witch who still haunts Kytelers Inn.

The following day we dare try an escape room in downtown Waterford. There are several themes such as Prison Break or Brilliant Mind which boasts hard riddles to solve. In the evening, we unwind at the Dome Bar with a session of karaoke.

The graduation ceremony is a poignant moment the next day when we listen to the speech and get the level certificate with the name written by hand. After that emotional event, we head to the WIP arena to do some sports.

SURFING IN TRAMORE

We are trying our surfing skills at the Oceanic Surf School in Tramore, a seaside town with an amusement park and a chilly beach. After a very long and exciting day, we unwind by making paper planes at the pub.

HOLD YOUR HORSES
Or not. Ireland is known for its racing horses so we have to pay a visit to Irish National Stud. We visit a Japanese garden to relax before heading to Kildare, a  town where we discover the Norman tower and St. Brigid's Cathedral. Upon our return to Waterford, we have dinner and go for a walk around town to have a look at a Viking monument.

More things to come!
